Salon Des Cépages Rares 2024@Beaune The 7th Salon des Cepages rare was held in the wine capital of Beaune at 24th and 25th February. Today, as we face global warming, somewhat forgotten local varieties are attracting more and more attention. Twenty-six producers from Burgundy, Loire, Alsace, Portugal, and Belgium gathered together, including famous producers such as Jean-Claude Rateau and Le Clos de Tue Boeuf. It would be great if someday Japanese wine producers who grow rare varieties could also participate. If you are interested, please come and take a look. The place is at the Saint-Etienne Church in the center of Beaune.
